Institute of Land Administration at Debre Markos University is a newly established program with shortage of instructors. Cognizant of this fact, the university has recruited graduate assistants and sent them to home universities for their second degree studies. Seven graduate assistants are attending their master studies at home universities and two are attending their PhD abroad. But the mitigative measure for the shortage of the instructors especially for the first three years has been discussed and planned in the project document. As explicitly described in EduLAND2 Project, it is planned to cover some courses by professors from partner institutions. Accordingly, the delivery of courses to students has been launched. The first course is “Remote Sensing”. This course is successfully delivered to second year land administration and surveying students by Thomas BAUER from BOKU for eight consecutive days in February 2018.
